Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the MyRomi app:

Open MyRomi and go to Settings

Tap Account

Tap Delete Account

Type DELETE to confirm
Option 2: Request via Email
If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your MyRomi account.

This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your profile, church memberships, and ministry assignments will be permanently removed.
- Profile data — Your name, phone number, birthdate, and profile photo are removed
- Church memberships — You are removed from all churches and ministries
- Chat messages — Your messages may remain in anonymized form in existing conversations
- Event history — Attendance records and event registrations are anonymized
- Payment records — Retained as required by financial regulations (Stripe)
- Local cache — All locally cached data on your device is cleared immediately
We process deletion requests within 48 hours of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.
